1. This site does not use cookies
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. This site sets no first-party or third-party cookies: there's no advertising, social buttons, embedded videos or other external services, and the analytics it uses (Umami) work without cookies. That's why no notice or consent panel is shown.
2. Local storage that is used
The site only stores in your browser's local storage what you choose: the theme and the price currency (if you change them) and, if you ask for it, that your visits are not counted:

These are technical storage items strictly necessary to provide a service you expressly request (remembering the theme, the currency or your decision not to be counted), so they are exempt from consent under article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE and the AEPD Guide on the use of cookies. None of them identifies anyone, and none is sent to any server or shared.
The details of your computer (qiu-equipo) are only stored if you enter them in the form on the local AI page; the calculation happens in your browser and they are never sent anywhere.
The site search downloads an index from the site's own domain (/assets/buscar.json) and stores nothing on your device.
3. Cookie-free statistics (Umami)
To know how many visits the site gets, it uses Umami Cloud, an analytics service that uses no cookies or persistent identifiers. It has been verified that its script (cloud.umami.is/script.js) writes no cookies or anything in the browser storage: it only reads the key umami.disabled to know whether you have asked not to be counted. The IP address is not stored. Details are in the privacy policy.
How to stop your visits from being counted:
- Turn on «Do Not Track» in your browser: the site is set up so that Umami respects it.
- Use a content blocker that blocks

4. How to delete it
You can delete it at any time from your browser settings (clear site data or the local storage of queiauso.com). If you delete it, the site will go back to using your system theme (light or dark) and its default currency.
5. Hosting servers
Although no cookies are used, the host (GitHub Pages) logs the IP address of each visit for security. This is explained in the privacy policy.
6. Changes
If other analytics, advertising, tracked affiliate links or other services that use cookies or similar technologies are added in the future, this policy will be updated before activating them and, where required, your prior consent will be requested with a panel that lets you accept or reject just as easily.
