Meta AI is free to use with a daily usage limit (app, web, WhatsApp, Instagram…). The paid Meta One plans are in limited testing and don't publish a price for Spain.

Check how much memory you have. What matters is the graphics card's memory (VRAM) or, on a Mac with an Apple chip, the unified memory. On Windows: Task Manager → Performance → GPU.
Install an app. The easiest is LM Studio (or Jan): you download it like any other program. Ollama is the option for people who use the terminal.
Look for the model inside the app (downloads them from Hugging Face) and pick a version that fits in your memory. «Q4» versions (4 bits) take up much less space and lose little quality.
Chat. Everything runs on your computer, without internet and without sending your data to anyone.
